Our work carries a guarantee from the date of the work completed. Your invoice is your reference for your guarantee.
Labour
Our labour is guaranteed for 28 days from the date that work is completed.
Materials
Materials supplied by Gair Home Services will be Guaranteed for 12 months or covered by manufacturers' warranties.
Boilers
Our work on installing boilers carries a 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship. Manufacturer’s warranty for the boilers ranges from 1-10 years depending on the make of the boiler.
Non-guaranteed
Some work/repairs that has been carried out may not be able to be guaranteed, and will be marked on your invoice.

Problems arising from our workmanship within the guarantee period, will be dealt with as a priority. Please contact our friendly and helpful staff, giving all relevant information regarding the problem and quote your invoice number and the date work was carried out.
